New case study: Wolverhampton Council

Posted by: Mike McDaid Posted date: 11/12/2015

Core works with Wolverhampton Council to help them move to the cloud.

With budget cuts and central government constraints, Wolverhampton Council looked to a cloud-first strategy to maximise efficiency and take advantage of the cost-savings and benefits associated with cloud computing. Rather than upgrading its existing Microsoft Exchange email solution, the team looked to Office 365 as the solution and chose Core to make it a reality.

Paul Dunlavey, Enterprise Manager was happy with the end result commenting “Mobility has definitely improved. Our customers can hook up to their accounts using iPads, and they find Office 365 much easier to use". In terms of working with Core, Dunlavey said “If I had a problem, I’d have no hesitation picking up the phone, calling Core and saying ‘we could do with a bit of help on this. How are you fixed?"
