Core worked with CNA Hardy to standardise processes and increase cohesion between departments​

​The goal: standarisation of multiple systems into one view of controls for the underwriting staff and management

CNA Hardy's Lloyd's platform underwriting processes had evolved over ti​me and tailored to specific lines of business, meaning underwriting staff had to use multiple systems. This made it difficult to ensure controls were standardised across different teams.The aim was to introduce a new underwriting workflow that would sit across the existing Lloyd's platform systems and processes to provide a standardised view of the controls for the underwriting staff and management.
