​​​​​​From frustration to integration with Core’s Virtual SharePoint team

Talbot Underwriting, one of the leading insurance and reinsurance specialists, had overhauled their workflow and business process software, adopting several K2 systems as well as form-capture system supplied by Capital Capture.

Since integration the product itself is so much better, so much quicker and so much easier to use than previously.  I have noticed a huge improvement in the system and its proving popular amongst my team members.

After carrying out an overhaul of its business workflow, bringing in business process management systems from several different suppliers, Talbot Underwriting felt that the systems did not quite integrate fully. Communication was difficult, the systems were not very responsive and the interface was not user friendly. 

Talbot Underwriting leveraged the business collaboration platforms offered by Microsoft SharePoint to integrate the systems

Working with our highly skilled SharePoint Team, offering the right expertise at the right time to fully support Talbot’s in-house developers allowing them to develop the expertise needed to be able to support the solution in-house.

Talbot Underwriting now have a fully integrated business workflow system that is so much quicker and easier to use than previously. The interface is much more user friendly and has proved popular with end users. Through knowledge sharing and training the in-house team have now have the skills and expertise to run the environment which is a huge improvement.

Core is known as the market leader for SharePoint integration and to be able to purchase just part of that knowledge to develop not only our own system but to train our in-house staff for ongoing management was pivotal. Throughout the project Core were dedicated, flexible and approachable bringing the project to fruition.
