For the most current and cohesive computing environment, Core’s cloud-based  desktop provides a secure Windows 10 desktop environment with the added benefits of Office 365 ProPlus. Our Desktop as a Service has a short lead time and is available on a convenient per user/per month basis, with support available around the clock.

Desktop always up-to-date

We deliver your hosted desktop around a process of discover, deploy, manage and evolve. As part of our managed desktop services, we update your hosted desktop twice a year, with feature updates and releases, and also perform monthly quality updates to keep your desktop current. Your managed desktop can be deployed over the air (OTA) or by USB.

This means you no longer have to be in a certain location or using a certain device to access your desktop and documents, for easy mobile working that helps your organisation stay agile. Using a hosted desktop also means you can still access your desktop even if your usual device is broken or out of action. We provide support and monitoring for our hosted desktops and can guarantee uptime for efficiency and business continuity.

Yes, our hosted desktops are very secure. They come with built-in security which includes robust intrusion detection and prevention, and real-time trend alerts to help identify zero-day threats (threats that exploit an unknown computer security vulnerability).

Core’s Desktop as a Service is available on a per user/per month basis. This convenient arrangement lets you scale up or back in line with your business, and is a predictable monthly outgoing without any initial spend.

No, you don’t have to pay for any updates to your hosted desktop. As part of our managed desktop service, Core will update your desktop with new releases and updates as they are rolled out. We also perform monthly quality updates at no extra cost. Your per user per month cost includes all updates.

No, you can have as many or as few users as you like, whether that’s your entire organisation or just a handful of people. Our Desktop as a Service is available at a per user/per month cost, and you can add or remove users at any time.
