The Royal College of Ophthalmologists case study released
Membership professionals and procurement specialists in the professional body sector may be interested to read the latest case study Core has released, detailing our work with the Royal College of Ophthalmologists.
The Royal College of Ophthalmologists chose Core as its CRM partner and selected Core’s unique Membership Platform, powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to help them achieve their aim to have one single view of a member. The College had been struggling with data which was disparate throughout the organisation.
With a number of close integrations to existing systems and to the website, the College has found many benefits to the ways they work, including greater efficiency, more accurate data and even staff development. Core continues to work with the College through user training and support into the future, enabling them to become architects of their own system by providing CRM development expertise.
Following the completion of the project, a representative of the College said that the new system “helped to break down ‘silo’ departmental culture” and staff who were normally nervous or apprehensive about using IT gained new confidence. According to the RCO, the “old, ‘top-down’ way of doing things has gone forever.”
