Office 365 Reporting Dashboard

There is a new reporting dashboard in the Offfice 365 Admin Centre. The dashboard will provide you with valuable insights about how the Office 365 services are being used and delviers details down to the individual user level directly in the new Office 365 admin centre. The first version of the reporting portal includes a variety of new reports that provide consistent insights across all Office 365 services with a highly improved user experience. Enhancements include a new Activity Dashboard, new usage reports and the ability to drill down on individual user activites.


Delve simplifies finding documents that you have recently worked on, or that colleagues within your teams and groups have worked on, that might also be of interest to you. It reduces the amount of time spent searching for files only referred to ocassionally, or having to email documents between team members.
To access Delve, select the application icon (top left hand corner on Office 365 portal, then select the Delve icon)

Sway is a free app from Microsoft Office that helps gather, format and share your ideas, stories and presentations on an interactive, web-based canvas that looks great on virtually any screen. When you’re ready to tell your story, Sway makes it easy to share it with others.

Aurora Update

Identity Management Tool Status: Scheduled for Q3 2016
The Aurora Identity Management platform will be getting a refresh in Q3 2016 with a range of new software versions. New features that will be user visiable are:Ability to reset password via their Defender token + PIN instead of the Queston and Answer profile. This will increase security to prevent social engineering attacks around Q&A profile
New Admin and User Self Service portal look and feel. New version is HTML5 compliant and will work better on ‘modern browsers’ and mobile phones.
Better integration with Office365. License management for Office365 users will be available via the Aurora web interface so Office365 management will become more secure and streamlined.
