The morning seminar will include presentations from our team of experts, including Core's Head CRM Architect and 10 time Microsoft MVP David Jennaway, as well as a case study from Daniel Sadler, Data & Analytics Adviser, Association of British Insurers (ABI). Daniel will be speaking about how ABI have been succeeding​ with CRM user adoption and the results it has had for the organisation.

The agenda included live demos of Core's unique Membership Platform within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and also how SharePoint can be integrated into CRM and the benefit​s this brings to your organisation.
