The Customer Success Programme is included when a customer chooses Core and is a long-term service aimed at helping customers drive usage of new Cloud technologies.

The Customer Success Programme includes the below services:
- Dedicated Customer Success Manager to create an adoption plan to complement your way of working. The Customer Success Manager will use knowledge and experience to advise on the best practices of using apps in the Cloud and how to get end users engaged
- Communication support which includes email templates, tips and tricks and help with a communication timeline
- Remote training sessions:
- Up to 250 end users
- Max. length 2 hours
- Non-technical training covering Office 365 and Dynamics 365
- Access to the Customer Success Hub which is a SharePoint site containing training material, videos, Microsoft updates and adoption material. All material can be downloaded and edited, to suit with your company logos
- End user surveys
