David Jennaway says: “a very useful feature is that there are additional query operators within Advanced Find and the workflow editor even allows querying across a hierarchy”.
  • New Visual Hierachiesopen/close
With this release, information such as accounts, products or people, can be displayed in new visual hierarchies, showing users how they are related or grouped at a glance. A click on any tile navigates to more detailed information or launches an action.
  • Conditional branching withing busienss process flowsopen/close
2015 now allows conditional branching within business process flows, and greater control over the display of the business process components. Putting these together allows Business Process Flows to be used effectively in many more scenarios.”
  • Integrated social listeningopen/close
Microsoft Social Listening lets you spot trends, monitor sentiment and connect on social media with your customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Enhanced mobile access including voice activationopen/close

‭(Hidden)‬ Five reasons to look closer

  • Gain the 360-degree view of a customeropen/close
Many organisations who come to us are suffering from issues caused by data in silos, often in spreadsheets maintained by individuals. Information is not always kept up to date, shared or even known about by other teams. Microsoft Dynamics CRM consolidates the information you hold on your customers and prospects, which is, after all, the lifeblood of your organisation.
  • Insights to feed the right business decisionsopen/close
Consolidating this data in a platform which boasts user-friendly instant reporting tools means you can drive growth whilst mitigating risk, as you are able to see the bigger picture. Data can reveal patterns and insights when centralised and we can help you find those diamonds in the Big Data.
  • A future-proof, extensible investment open/close
Your IT spend needs to account for how your organisation’s objectives might change. We often help customers who are caught in a cycle of going out to tender every 2-3 years because their current system does not allow for continuous improvement. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is customisable to your needs and we can even train power users to add their own fields and automated workflows.
  • Flexible access to data across your organisationopen/close
Your teams need a platform that is familiar and easy to work with on a daily basis. Office (including Outlook) integration proves a huge boost to user adoption. Not only that, but mobile and tablet applications let your staff work from anywhere, securely. Permissions can be set for information you want to restrict by job role.
  • Accelerated marketing and sales effectiveness open/close
In today’s competitive landscape, how can your organisation survive, let alone grow, without effective marketing and sales processes driving engagement and revenue? Microsoft Dynamics CRM offers a suite of sales, marketing and customer service tools.
